Based on the same statistics, high
temperature usually stars from March and ends in June. The highest humidity
occurs in November and December both registering 87%. the annual average
humidity is registered at 81.92%.
There are only two prevailing wind
directions. The Northeast direction usually occurs from the month of December to
April, while the southwest direction occurs from the month of May to November.
Strong winds seldom occur in the municipality. However, sometimes during the
months of July, August, and September stronger winds take place due to the
effect of the southwest wind or “habagat”. The climate in the municipality is
just similar to the other towns in the Province of Zamboanga del Norte. |
